Crosslink Austin was established in 2001 to serve powder coating needs
of Central Texas. Since our modest beginning we have gradually expanded
our customer base in Texas and beyond mostly by referrals.
Our
goal is to contribute to your success by offering the best value in
powder coating.
Value consists of three components: price, quality, and service.
Crosslink’s quality means that we always meet or exceed your
expectations. Crosslink’s service means
1)
that we
always deliver what we say.
2)
short and
prompt turnaround.
3)
professional and courteous customer interaction.
4)
one stop
for both stripping (of old coating, rust, oxidization) and powder
coating.
Stripping services
Crosslink offers its
customers both mechanical and thermal stripping service.
Mechanical stripping or
sandblasting
removes paint, rust and mill scale and profiles surface for optimum
coating adhesion. Blasting is required for restoration projects,
structural steel or steel with rust or mill scale.
Thermal or burn-off or
combustion stripping
removes wet paint, powder coating or other combustible material in high
temperature. It’s used for steel parts that are difficult or
uneconomical to blast due to intricate design, heavy coating thickness
or large volume of small parts. Steel fixtures for hanging parts for
powder or liquid coating are typically thermally stripped.
